OBG GuidelineHub is a digital subscription product providing access to online medical reference content. Upon successful payment and account activation, access to the content is granted immediately and electronically.
All subscription purchases are final and non-refundable. Since the product is a digital service with immediate access upon payment, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a subscription has been activated. This policy is in accordance with standard practice for digital content and online subscription services.
A 14-day free trial is available to all new users. We strongly encourage users to explore the app fully during the trial period before making a purchase decision. No payment is required during the trial.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at shefali.kgmu@gmail.com. Cancellation will prevent future billing but will not entitle you to a refund for the current or any prior billing period. Access will continue until the end of the paid subscription period.
In the rare event of a technical failure resulting in inability to access the service after payment, please contact us within 48 hours at shefali.kgmu@gmail.com. We will investigate and resolve on a case-by-case basis.

When you create an account or subscribe to OBG GuidelineHub, we collect: your full name, email address, professional designation (e.g. DNB trainee, doctor), and payment information processed securely via Razorpay. We do not store your card details on our servers.
Your information is used solely to: create and manage your account, process subscription payments, send essential service communications (e.g. payment confirmations, subscription renewal reminders), and improve the app based on aggregate usage patterns.
We use the following trusted third-party services:
• Supabase — for secure database and authentication services
• Razorpay — for payment processing (PCI-DSS compliant)
• Netlify — for app hosting
Each of these services has its own privacy policy and handles your data as per their respective terms.
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. Your data is not shared with advertisers or marketing agencies.
All data is stored on encrypted servers via Supabase. Access is protected by secure authentication. Payment transactions are processed via Razorpay's encrypted, PCI-compliant gateway.
This app uses minimal local storage (on your device) to maintain your login session and enable offline functionality as a Progressive Web App (PWA). No third-party tracking cookies are used.
You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time by emailing shefali.kgmu@gmail.com. We will process such requests within 7 working days.

The content is authored by a qualified specialist and is intended as a reference aid only. Access to full content requires a paid subscription. The current subscription price for OBG GuidelineHub is ₹899 + applicable GST for 6 months per subject. Different subjects on the White Coat Library platform may be priced differently. Subscription fees are charged in Indian Rupees (INR). Payment is processed via Razorpay. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge the applicable subscription fee to your chosen payment method.
New users are entitled to a 14-day free trial with full access to all content. No payment is required during the trial. At the end of the trial, access to premium content will be restricted unless a subscription is purchased.
All content within the App — including guideline summaries, viva questions, drug references, and design — is the intellectual property of The Women Health Clinic & Ortho-Physio Fusion / White Coat Library. Reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use of any content without written permission is strictly prohibited.
The App is licensed for personal, non-commercial use by the registered account holder only. Sharing login credentials or providing access to others is not permitted and may result in account termination without refund.
